Rachel: Actually, I'm feeling kind of blue today.
Nick: I thought so. You look like you are feeling a little blue today. What's going on?
Rachel: I'm not really sure. I just woke up and felt bad. What do you usually do when you are feeling down?
Nick: I exercise and get a good night's sleep. Honestly, that is the best way. If you do that, then you will wake up tomorrow feeling like a hundred bucks.
Rachel: I was just planning on going home after work tonight, but I guess I will go to the gym instead if you say it will make me feel better.
Nick: I swear that it works.
Rachel: I trust you. Thanks for the advice.
